Just vote on the poll, we already had debates/arguments on other threads. I just want to see what everyone thinks.

I don't see the problem in offering someone a price, and them accepting it. That is all 'poaching' really is on Sythe. PMing someone with the intent to 'poach' is also fine, it's essentially advertising.

Not sure why this is even a thread, as it's already allowed and has no reason to be against the rules. Poaching isn't even unethical, just part of business.

The only people who would support this would be the big sellers.

Buyers benefit from a competitive market. Poaching should be allowed.

If poaching is/isn't allowed I'm saying why would someone get banned for x days? IMO perm ban or no ban, especially if the person debating against it says business is business.

Customers benefit the most from poaching being allowed. People determine who they buy/sell gold off based on prices and reputation. If we didn't have ways for people to communicate their prices, then the bigger reputable sellers would get bigger, and the smaller ones, and those looking to get an in to the black market would have a very difficult time doing so. Poaching is one of the ways to break the barrier, which I expect will be getting bigger with the removal of bonds as a mean to gain reputation (especially on feedback sites).

Absolutely not to a permanent ban - welcome to how business actually works in the real world.

Shouldn't be a ban at all, it's a free market and if a person really wants their customer's business they would match the offer they are receiving. The other day I got an invitation for an event at Audi and I don't even have an Audi... If I complained to my car company do you think they would complain to the regulators?
