Disputing ban on behalf of Burntish

On my thread I have clearly stated that my ONLY skype ID is BurntishSwap. So I do not understand why the pictures with this random person "Cazoban" are even relevant to the situation. The reason he has a PM confirmation from me, is because during our conversation he asked me to PM him (http://i.gyazo.com/050550ad300e65d7d23a16c1c74fa219.png)

So what if he has proof of trading a random RSN 14m? Anyone can do that, anyone can get a PM from the original seller and trade themselves (or a friend) 14m at the same time. Cazoban is obviously either a random friend he was talking to, or himself, to make it look like it was Burntish, hence receiving the PM right after requesting one. That's why the timing was so 'coincidental' as Jack Goff stated.

He used 2 accounts to frame me.

Jake^ a random asking me to PM fpbarraged, while he talked to the impostor of me (him or his friend) making it look like I was actually the impostor, upon receiving the PM from me. Also notice his status on skype.

Also, if there's any doubt here's some proof of the MM trade referred to in our conversation. It was an account trade so the vouches came in later.

I'll admit it was silly of me to have PM'ed him, while he only provided me with his profile link. My mistake, but this proof isn't solid enough to have me banned.

I didn't expect this poor judgment from a mod on Sythe.

It's far from poor judgement, I even mentioned there's more to this than meets the eye but would rather err on the side of caution.

Can you please provide all the screenshots of your chat with FPBarraged?

 

What I assumed is true, he's just tried it with sportsjon - that's why the screeny of the pm matches part of the convo you've shown instead of fpbarraged's
