The one ring, hands down.

Given that it wouldn't corrupt me I'm assuming I would have a natural physical resistance to it similar to that of Smeagol, which would result in an unusually long life (500+ years) without looking like a strung out crack head. Also, given that all of the rings of power enhance the users native power and the power of the one ring greatly supasses all nineteen other rings created I'm assuming I'd become a kick ass version of myself with a wolverine esq life span.

 

I'd take the Iron Man suit. Assuming it works exactly like the one in the movie, I would fly with it and explore the world.

 

I'd take the keyboard, type in Runescape the first year, and see where it takes the game.
