PayPal - Invoices

Hey,

I sold my account yesterday via PayPal and the deal was two increments (2x $125). This would be paid via gift.
After he sent me the money I checked my balance and it wasn't added yet.
I checked some information about the payment and he actually send me two invoices for $125 each which is weird to me because if he sends me an invoice I would be the one to pay it?
PayPal says:

You will get your money within 24 hours. This gift cannot be canceled in transferring time.

This is a PayPal Gift. The amount can take up to 24 hours to reflect in your PayPal balance. This gift is non-refundable.

The status on the payment is paid.
In about an hour the 24 hour period is over but I still don't have the money.
I gave him the account because I was in a rush and he threatened to call PayPal, reverse the payment etc.
This whole shit is a mind-fuck for me and I hope I gave enough information for someone to explain what is actually going on, did I get scammed?

Ask a mod don't recover anything until you have permission
