Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I do no remember me charging back on this user, it was a long time ago, and due to many reasons, my memory of 2013 is limited. I came back to sythe around 4 months ago, on all sites I had switched names as Melo4mvp was a lame name, and I no longer wanted to be associated with that name. I knew I had a scythe account, I looked it up and it was banned. I looked for a dispute, there was none, so I was unsure of why the ban happened. I made a new account, as I felt if I asked around too much, or something it would open a can of worms that I was ready to deal with. I have been on this account since. I have spent the last few years of my life, trying to make up for my mistakes, and around 2 months ago it was really bothering me why I was banned originally. I started asking mods, and nobody knew why. I went through hundreds of email accounts looking for anything... This took so long, and eventually I found a chargeback vs lean. I contacted him straight away to see if this was an un-resolved issue. I am sorry I charged back on him, I do not know why, or what I was thinking, but it is not like me. I try to forget certain years as I lost myself, and did this IRL and here that I am ashamed of, and it makes it hard to look in the mirror. I did not want to lie, to anybody and it was very important to pay back lean to me, no matter the cost. We have been messaging back and forth, and just today I got the info for his paypal and I sent the funds right away. I have been avoiding saying I am melo4mvp as there is so many things about that name, and time period I wish never occurred, or just never existed. I was unsure honestly if I wanted to admit it, been thinking about it ever since I joined sythe and I am still torn while posting this. I understand ban-evading is a serious offence, I have changed, I have been successful on many sites, with no issues of scamming or charging back. The most important thing to me, was Lean got his money back, as he deserved it, and what ever happens to me in the process I will accept, good or bad. I have donated a little to this website, and if banned, I will not chargeback. I understand what I have done wrong, I am sorry. I have changed since Melo4mvp, as that dark period of my life was not like me, and I wish to show everybody that is the truth. Me getting through my issues is great, but does not change the events of my past, and as I did ban evade, and charge back on Lean, I will accept any punishment given to me by the staff of the site. I am just happy Lean got the money back he deserved.

I don't like that you didn't tell me you were really melo4mvp and said you were his friend instead (I did have some suspicion that you were him though).

I think overall you're sorry for what you've done in the past. It seems nobody knew you were melo4mvp so contacting me for repayment and coming clean shows you have remorse for what you did. I'll support.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Yes, I ban evaded on powerbot due to me having a bad personal relationship with certain admin on that site and knew no matter what happened I would never get unbanned. I also once let a private scripter use my tribot account for a few hours to make me a private script as he a scripter on another site who said he wasn't allowed to make scripts on other sites or he would loose his rank. I was banned for 6 months, and am now unbanned. I will be linking all the disputes vs me below and bringing up any possible issue I had.

I am sorry for my original post about my pardon, as I did no read the rules of sythe carefully. This meant I did not post about scam reports on other websites. I was not trying to hide these disputes, and I will go through every site dispute vs me that was for "scamming". I have spent the past years of my life, trying to ignore/forget my past, while trying to make up for the events. I hope maybe admitting it in here, or w/e can finally settle these events in my life and bring closure to them.

1. As the screenshots proved in that dispute, I did not dispute but paypal reversed funds for security reasons. When I found out I refunded the user... and here is the screen shot of him confirming: http://puu.sh/f2i4V/a1a6aa8da9.png

2. https://www.powerbot.org/community/topic/821908-scam-report-melo4mvp/ this dispute is old, but I refunded the user (I believe) I was unbanned from this dispute so I must of been cleared. Many of my posts or w/e are old and no longer around so some of the old disputes, I do not know or remember everything exactly... But as I said, I was later unbanned so the issue was settled.

3. No link that I can find(or dispute vs me), a previous worker of mine (beezmans) lent me 105m EOC gp, and I went AWOL on RS for IRL reason. I repaid the user with the interest I promised and gave the user 150m EOC.

4. http://www.powerbot.org/community/topic/1023218-scam-report-melo4mvp/ I swapped accounts with this user. The account I swapped him, I was not he original owner of, and the user was aware of this. I offered refund to this user, and he denied it. As he admitted in the picture below, as he said he could just recover it and leave me empty handed. Yes, I did get the account 40 def from 1, but the account I has the owner of for multiple months, and I did not recover the account from him, nor ever thought about it... So as being the owner of the account, I am allowed to do as I wish with it?

By rules of powerbot, if the user denies refund I am not responsible. But showing my personal issues with the admins on powerbot I was banned, even though like I said, in their rules I was not responsible nor owed the user anything. And yes, the user did recover his account back. Which left me banned, and the only person in this "dispute" to of lost money lol...

5. http://www.powerbot.org/community/topic/1031963-scam-report-melo4mvp/ My "friend" hacked a Skype I created and did not use, then used it self imposter me. The reason my old ip was on the account as the mods on powerbot found a match, as I did originally make the account, but I never used it. This friend was called "galaxy_mods" he was in the trade. He impostered me as a mm in this trade, so bic_boi (a ban evader and mass scammer i found out after the trade) sent me funds on paypal(that galaxy_mods also hacked), that he could then send to his own personal paypal, and when bic_boi disputed my paypal would become negative and galaxy_mods real paypal would not be affected. But, after bic_boi sent my imposter the funds, my paypal got limited, therefor galaxy_mods could not send himself the funds then bic_boi disputed and got his money back. Even though I did not directly have to do with this imposter, I should of known/figured that galaxy_mods was a ban evader and a mass scammer... Should of been more careful with my info (I have been since) which gave him enough to hack my accounts... I am glad nobody lost money in this cluster fuck. Both users galaxy_mods and bic_boi were both mass scammers and ban evading...

I am still upset about this. Smart, was my friend... I had given him money before, he had no reason to think I was not going to pay him. I got hacked, lost his salary for that week $150 and said I was going pay him first thing tomorrow as I needed to buy a pre-paid credit card and the stores were closed for the evening. Few hours later... He only had to wait under a few hours.... I get a call from a friend, to find I have been banned FROM MY OWN WEBSITE, and so had my 2nd in charge. I had made a mistake in the adminCP giving all admins; Me, Raflesia(2nd in charge) and smart all unlimited access... So smart banned me and Raffie, then gave his friends admincp access, and they all started destroying my site. Soon, there was nothing left on the site and then smart gave every user admin cp access, soon the site was completely destroyed. I had spent 3 months building this website and company, and invested thousands of dollars into this company. The whole situation got out of control and smart lost control... So he tried to destroy me, to save face. This guy, I thought was my friend... We were very close... It hurt me a lot... I paid him his $150 as it was his salary and for some reason I wished he was still my friend. He destroyed my site and to confirm I personally owned it 100%, he had no ownership of this site, it was 100% my person property... In one of the disputes, he claimed to "fix" it... He uploaded one theme, and made the sections on my forum... But, he did not fix the database... I lost all posts, users, everything... The site because of what damage originally happened, had to completely be remade. He did not help with this process.... So i lost one of my best friends, thousands of dollars and that website/company and my other companies. People wonder why I did not post a dispute vs Smart... Well, when I spent more money, and time completely remaking the site so it was at lest not full of errors, his friends contact the people who joined my site, told them lies, horrible stories until they left my site. The "remaking" never happened, as his friends were so fucking intense with trying to destroy me, people wanted nothing to do with me... so the site died, and so did my other companies. They ddoss'd me, dox'd me, harassed me etc at one point - they even attempt to hire people to call Canadian military bases to find information about me. It was disgusting, it took 6 months for me to start to come back online and talk about without his "friends" just trying to make me miserable. That is why I did not post a dispute, there whole thing was create hate for me, in many of his disputes he admitted to destroying shit(and his friends did) but, people seemed not to care. I was recently just unbanned on the last site from this issue just 2 weeks ago... He got away with his money, and I lost all my companies, thousands of dollars I put into that site, and the profits from my other companies as I was unable to really be online for 6 months, let alone run a business. He really should of been punished for his actions.

Since supreme just deleted his only Skype which he made for this, I'll point out that things looked great until we dug deeper, finding more information of offsite scamming that you didn't admit in your pardon.
Also, there's no reason to be mad at all of staff. We're not the ones at fault here, and I feel you've highly underestimated this group of people.

Good luck in 6 months. You've a few more days, but I doubt it'll go anywhere.
