Poker problems.

Well everybody hates to loose money I know that!
Well to get to the point I play runescape poker and I always do good until I get bored playing safe and tactical and end up 'yoloing' basically playing risky/going all in then the majority of the time loosing it all. Have lost around 5B in rs3 gold easily i'd say.
Now I want to stop overall anyone offer any help or how I could or give any tips Thanks!

 

Sell it and see how much it equates to IRL and the good you could do with it.

 

Yeah that's where the problem lies at. I solely play to make IRL money but I never stop at the right time and end up loosing it all
Say if I turned 10M RS3 into 200M but then list 30M I'd want to earn that back and loose it all!

 

Or you could just sell all of your gold to a) give you profit, and b) prevent you from gambling with it

 

Tried but I always crave for that chance to win more haha

 

If you turn 10M to 200M for example, I would cash out everything asap, call it a day. Sell most of it and cash in 10M or something again so you can only lose that much, and you're still at profit.

 

I do that all the time its a very good way but sometimes i get into that mood where i think 'i can cashout later and sell' but then end up loosing a little of it and go on a rage bet to win all back.

That how it works, it always goes downhill at the end when you think its going right. If you wanna keep playing: SET LIMITS! Okay today I am only playing with 10m. Like everyone else says, once you hit a good amount cash out and call it a day.

 

Set limits for yourself.

Let's suppose you have 1B as your total bank.
You could take 50m to go play.
And set the limit as 100m.

So, if you make 100m, you quit and stop and if you lose your 50m then you also stop.
Also, never use entire bank to gamble, I don't think it's worth it in the end.
