If you wish to reserve a slot you need to:

• Contact me in advance with a specific date and time.
• Pay an upfront 500k reservation deposit that you will receive back as long as you go ahead with your rental along with your 2m deposit for using the account.

-> Reserving a slot ensures that you will be able to use the account when you desire, rather than being turned down due to my service being busy.

• You will pay an initial deposit of 2m to cover the cost of the tentacle + dragon dagger. The 2m will returned when you no longer have access to the account (after your time has expired).
• You can extend your rental time by contacting me during your service.
• The account is secured with a bank pin in order to protect my untradeables.
• Please do not adjust the account's "private" settings or tamper with the friends list unless specific reason is provided.
• Please do not join or associate with clan chats using the account.
• You may not stream / post content involving my account unless permission is directly given by myself.
• If you wish to rent the account for a longer period, this can be arranged over PM or skype.
• If you attempt to scam me in any way, a report will instantly be made on Sythe and you will be banned from using my service.
• You may not attempt to change the password during your rental period.
• Do NOT scam another player whilst using the account.
• If you wish to use the account for a purpose other than staking, you must inform me first.

This user did not fulfill his side of the deal: He did not pay the correct amount as arranged (got cleaned and left 289k gold on the account is clearly the case), carried out an action that I asked him not to do before the rental and disrupted my services and therefore lost me money. As a result of this, he is now banned from using my services. If evidence for this is needed, I will happily submit a report later today with sufficient proof.
