Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I was in the Skype chat that was discussing the events taking place on the site about the personal pictures of Nano being posted on the forums, I should have conducted myself better and left the chat when these events took place but instead I made jokes about the situation with everyone. I have thought over my actions and I am sorry for the way I conducted myself.

Art had told me that there was no restitution but I'm not sure if he had a special case. If I have to pay I'm willing to I just need to know the amount and is the restitution a instant unban or does the pardon process still take place?

 

Amount was $50, and from the previous cases I don't see why you'd need to, you're one of the least-involved.

I believe you need to pay (if deemed that you will) before we can begin the initial pardon process.

As far as I know you have to pay the restitution. You might as well send the payment to n4n0 in the meantime and if it turns out your restitution was waived for some reason then i'm sure you can get it all sorted out after the restitution payment has been made. I have received the restitution payment.

I neither support nor do I not support this pardon at this time. I'm still thinking it over.

If/when this goes to USL, I'll leave my thoughts as I'm posting from my cell currently.
