Banned again...

Hello, again i am banned on something that was a mistake, a recovery test, Valstone requested of the account i sold him, i did a recovery test on it but it wasent meant to be around at that time or something(i'm not quite sure what went wrong here, i understood it to be a recovery test now), i have later send the actual recovery email pics to Valstone to confirm the actual details i provided him with was accurate.

where it is explained what happened, and how it was a miscommunication between me and Valstone, due to different timezones i did not see his messages until the next morning where i find myself banned.

YES i am currently holding the gold which he paid me(112m) and the account is also in my possession due to the recovery test.

due to recent events and the fact i was banned on a frame-report i did not see my self getting unbanned as you the mods wouldnt see it that way, i have spend countless of hours talking to Valstone trying to find a solution, be aware that i am 100% committed to repaying every single gold coin to Valstone for my unban as it was a mistake.

i see that I Bleed Duke who was the guy who helped me the last time i was reported, posted an aggressive hate comment towards me(yes i did see it before you hid it/deleted it) and even private messaged Valstone that he thought i did scam the guy who reported me the last time.

due to these i am unsure wether i actually will be unbanned if i am to repay Valstone and the comment on the follow up reports also states "Due to past actions as well" i would stay permanently banned.

so i am not sure i will actually be unbanned due to the drama the past few weeks and the drama caused by this miscommunication.

if anyone has a current position on where i stand regarding a unban please post it.

 

You're perm banned for breaking rules, we can't ignore that, though if you post a pardon and admit to all wrongdoings, the staff can all vote collectively. This will rid the possibility of your concerns in regards to personal malice from any certain staff member.

Dispute is denied, will look for your pardon.

EDIT - Note we're no longer allowed to take pardons to vote until users are paid back, so you'd have to have proof, as well as Val saying he's got the gold back before we can vote!
