Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I hired Definite to do a dungeoneering service 75-85 and during that time he used a bot on my account and recorded it in order to blackmail me and force me to give him items, gp, etc. I had no intentions to DDOS nor do I have any DDOS programs on my computer. The GL was meant for him to deal with the scam report I was going to post on him. The IP pull was meant so that I could search him up on any other forums he could possibly be on. I pull all IPs of people that try to scam me but this was the second time I posted it. I've gotten at least 4 scammers off of this site and I intend to clean it up even more. I never meant any DDOS throwing that GL and Bye to him.

Not buying it.
The pardon system is for people who confess to their offences, not to argue about their validity.

 

This isn't even a pardon, a pardon is to admit your wrong doing like Cas said. Even this convoluted story is full of holes.

Come back in 6 months when you're ready to admit and take responsibility for your actions
