My original ban on Ibuy SSGP-
In the year of 2012 I was a moderator on the then-ranked #1 private server Soulsplit. During this time period it was incredibly common for staff members to either have some sythe profile or frequent sythe forums and ban blackmarketers - keeping in mind this was when the server was at its height in regards to players and that dicing was ingame at this time and staking was more popular than ever, which was the reason so many of us were on sythe (ranks from moderator - > manager all either had a profile or at least frequented the forums). During this time my intention was not to be a member of the sythe.org community but simply fulfill my duty as a Soulsplit staff member and unfortunately the duties of these two conflicted, causing me to break the rules of sythe.org for which I am deeply regretful. Eventually I was caught for doing this on Ibuy SSGP and banned, only to return (still a staff member) a bit later under the alias "Ididntd01t" and continue doing this. Eventually I was demoted for getting into an argument with my superiors and departed from the Soulsplit staff team and went inactive but still popped on sythe from time to time on Ididntd01t. Unfortunately I signed out of the profile and did not remember the password nor the email so YousuckV2 was born (YousuckV2 was not created until after I was staff). I am guilty of having been a staff member in 2012 and banning sythe users who were RWTing on Soulsplit and this I openly admit having done as obviously it is no secret and the evidence itself is in the posts of my old sythe profile(s). I hope the community and staff of sythe.org can forgive me and permit me to return to the community as a full-fledged member but if not then I understand as well.

Yes I lied about being Irock V2, this was because the SS staff had only known me as Ibuy SSGP and not as Ididntd01t or YousuckV2 and I did not want who I was to be known. It was mentioned (by Dave I believe?) that I could have just messaged a staff member letting them know who I was which probably would have been the better course of action, which unfortunately is not what I did. For this I apologize, but I hope you all understand why I did this, simply for privacy reasons.

As for the "working with private server staff" this is actually true but not in the way i'm being accused. I did NOT work with Soulsplit staff to ban blackmarketers on sythe, I simply worked with them to help them clean up their database leak and catch abusers of said database leak on their server for which sythe was not used at all. Because I was involved in helping them ban people who abused their database leak/hacked accounts using it I eventually found information on many of these hackers leading me to their profiles on sythe or powerbot so I knew who was selling stolen gold and abusing the database leak, however 90% of them were already banned. I tried my best to use this to the benefit of sythe.org as well, trying to report the members who had not already been caught for selling stolen gold - such as a user who I privately reported to FireZ who has discussed it with Roary (still waiting on an outcome for this guys.. lol ) and this user whom I also reported privately to FireZ - http://www.sythe.org/members/355874-thelawlbringer.html

Any involvement with Soulsplit staff was strictly in assisting them with finding those who were stealing the items/gold of innocent people from the database leak and that involvement is long over. I believe a (now-EX) manager of SS (a long time friend of mine whom I knew prior to SS and has also departed SS) messaged Roary shortly after my initial ban on YousuckV2 6 months ago trying to discuss this with him and sending him a message about it but i'm not sure if the message was ever seen by Roary. I now no longer even play Soulsplit and made my goodbye a little ago as seen here-

As stated in my goodbye I no longer play Soulsplit and on top of that am not on good terms with the current SS staff team seeing as the most senior staff member Imsoextremei is corrupt/abusive/power hungry and when I went through the effort of getting evidence of this in order to expose him, and the effort of just getting into contact with the current owner of SS (a project of its own) I was told he would be "talked to". I more than likely will not be returning to play SS any time soon and unless there is another database leak I will not be assisting their staff team in any way. As stated I currently play another private server (now 2 private servers as of that post) but am not staff on either one and I play under secret aliases so people don't know who I am on either of these servers. I hope nobody sees risk in me returning to the community and that the accusations of these common rats/skids known as RSPunit haven't been assumed to be true as they simply haven't, RSPunit were willing to make up any lies to have me banned as I had reported all their staff members who had sythe profiles and many of their members resulting in their bans for blackhat activity. Even when working with SS to help them clean up the hackers on their server I attempted to use it to sythe's advantage by trying to report hackers as I mentioned above as well.

My ban evasion on Ididntd01t was to commit the same offenses I had done on Ibuy SSGP and these were both during the time I was staff on soulsplit and I hope these can be forgiven but if not I understand. On YousuckV2 I never had any malicious intentions nor wanted to break any rules and after discovering how enjoyable it was to be part of the community attempted to contribute to the website as much as possible.

I sincerely hope I can be forgiven for what I have done and be allowed back into the community with a full presence, but if not, this is understandable. I will still be around to report those blackhats/offsite scammers/vaders but with the amount of presence depending on how busy I am IRL (the mass reports beginning in november started with me being on break and continued due to insomnia, but I am beginning school again in a bit so I won't be around as much )

Don't forget to mention your hundreds of reports even after banned, leading in a high number of banned users.

I'll do some more digging on this, but I'm confident from previous dealings that you're not excluding anything and I fully support this pardon.
