Is there any reason why I can't even get a fucking trade in?

Theres been at least 4 attempts to scam me in the past 5-6 hours. And at least 2 of them have been banned.

Why is the site swarming with scammers jesus fuck.

 

That's what the online marketplace is coming to unfortunately. Opportunists will seize any chance they're given to take a single dollar. Always use an Escrow/MiddleMan and you won't be scammed

true if they see you have low post counts no vouch they are mostly to target you. Just be careful with those scammers, thats the hard thing to start but ull get used to it and will be ok once you alaready build a reputation.

Me once they add me they obviously imposter i just block them they are just wasting our times.

 

Just buy/sell from/to trusted people and use middlemen to prevent these issues.

 

To prevent those issues, just trade with players that are trustworthy or use a middleman.

It has nothing to do with "now-a-days" it has always been like that and always will be like that like any marketplace.

Do your part to trade safely by using a middleman, REQUIRING a Sythe PM confirming your discussion, and choose someone reputable to trade with. If you do all of the above it significantly increases the likelihood of a safe trade.
