Scam Report - Harleigh

I am making this dispute on behalf of two users, since they are both fairly new to making scam reports.
I told them I would take care of it for them in order to make sure it was accurate.

Explanation of the trade: Harleigh was banned with 30M 07 during an account MM.
This trade was between two users where the account info was already handed to the buyer and she was in the process of delivering the gold.
(I was not involved, but one of the users asked me for guidance in order to figure out what to do)

How they scammed: She claims she cannot/refuses to refund after being banned.

Deuce's account needs to be redistributed to him, and laby's gold needs to be refunded by Harleigh.

This is a dispute that I've been wanting to make ever since Harliegh made a presence on Sythe.
However due to lack of proof I haven't been able to pin it on her.
About 1.5 Years ago I sold Harleigh a Blue Partyhat for an agreed price of 4.1B, harleigh only had 4b, so I agreed to lend her 100M.
After this lend, she never attempted to contact me for repayment, and she was later ddosed by gangz (my friend at the time)
During the stake/after he said "This is for Gatekeeper!" (my rsn at the time), and she lost 3b, which is why she says I scammed.

As far as the liability in the MM, if harl has proof that she was actually banned mid-trade, then the loss is split between the two parties involved.

MiddleMen aren't liable so long as they have proof that the ban/loss was not caused by something done by them. This is based off a huge discussion had a few years ago

 

Alright Dave, thanks for the clarification there. As far as report #2 goes, is there any verdict on that?

 

I mean, if Harl owes you 100M, then she owes you 100M, doesn't matter regarding her other losses unless you personally cut her the slack on it, which you obviously don't have to.

Only way she wouldn't owe you is if you somehow aided zgangz into getting her skype, matching her skype to her RSN, or something like that.

 

I never cut her slack on it or willingly gave her time to repay it.
I finally acquired proof of her actually admitting to scamming me for the first time last night, which is why it was never posted until then.
I would like to receive my refund from harleigh.

 

I will be home from vacation on December 31st, I have communicated this to Harleigh, we are going to arrange a time for a refund.

Hey Unb4nn3d, I told Harl and Wolf to handle the repayment details via skype, I've been out of town but just got back, this will be handled soon I'm sure.

 

Harleigh has refunded me 100M Rs3.
