Is there any way I can get unbanned?

I was recently roaming on runescape training at rockcrabs and I remembered the old times when I used to play runescape then I remembered I had an account I created back in 2006 that I used to play on 24/7 It was banned 4 years ago for macroing major. If I can recall correctly I had roughly 2 Party hats, 12 santas and over 50 Haloween masks. Also had around 9 99's I was a range/gmauler pure.
so my question is there any way I can get unbanned?

 

Not likely with an appeal denied

 

I though that Jagex didn't even consider appeals for macroing.... My main got banned for botting :S and they still haven't given me a word with the appeal that I had.

 

Don't think it will happen.
