Lol, it's funny how YOU TWCED ME FOR THE EXACT SAME THING. On funbox's report - you had NO connections between me and the hacker, except from some random member who posted my link on ABWU. In your case, an admin mentions you, moes, and soul rich. And on top of that, you've never been in the rsps market, and all of a sudden you've come out with a breakthrough, just after the DB Leak? (I'm referring to all 3)

To summarize - I get twced because a random mentions my thread on the shoutbox. And in your case there is BLATANT involvement of you and Xer. You (or your partners) have clearly shit their pants and rushed to tell Xer to edit out your names, thinking it would go unnoticed.

Ill just put this here - I think this is a perfect example of staff corruption - I get twced for bullshit (basically someone posting my thread, not mentioning me ever working with him) and you get nothing.

Isn't that EXACTLY what happend with my case? Someone mentioned my thread, and I get twced for it? It's funny because you're contradicting yourself. YOU gave me a twc for something YOU know that dosen't desreve it.

Except in my case I've openly displayed to FireZ how I get the GP I sell, unlike you who told me "I sell all my own staking profits" then when I asked you for a pic of a staking win you gave me 1 picture, said it was all you had, then said you didn't trust me with your RSN (to check if I had ever see you staking/if anyone had ever heard of you) because of god knows what reason?

Unlike you I have posted a boatload of proof against the claims made against me. But I mean, of course I'm corrupt, that's that only real option.

Also, where's this "blatant" involvement that I'm failing to see?

 

The difference is that I got mentioned by a random, probably competition trying to bring me down and frame me. Out of nowhere, someone posts my shop link, and I get linked to it.

With you however, you get mentioned by an admin, and other 2 sellers, which perfectly lines up with their amounts - they all start selling big after the db leak.

As for the pictures, Ive shown you pictures with VERY BIG wins. That is more than enough, cosidering I GET QUESTIONED BECAUSE SOMEONE POSTED MY LINK. I did not take a lot of pictures - mainly because the moment I won it I xfered it to a safe account, to sell it later on.

You said it, not me - so why did I get twced?

 

You showed me a single picture with a single win, you literally couldn't even provide me with a second photo.

Also, you're acting like I haven't shown a buttload of evidence to prove that I have literally no idea who this guy is/nor do I have any connection with him. Feel free to point fingers if you want, but I have posted about 5 or 6 different things that show I have no idea who this Xer guy is and simply by the way the guy refers to me it's pretty damn obvious he has no idea who I am either.

 

I showed you a very relevant picture, which included a very big win. And I went the extra mile to risk my account and meet up with you ingame. You're lingering on useless shit because this is the same case and you're trying to escape from it - Also I didnt think that I would get questioned and twced over a retard who posted my link on a website, VERSUS YOUR CASE WHICH YOU GET MENTIONED. I had a solid ground in the RSPS Market, going back to 2012 with soulsplit, battlescape, and now ikov, and you question me over nothing? While we are on the market topic, you bursted into the ikov market selling big amounts out of no where, just at the time of the db leak.

These 2 cases are basically the same and now you're feeling the frustration I got that I received a twc over nothing. Cant take it?

in the EXACT same way that people work for r2pleasant or oblivionrage, I am working for Moes. I sell his stock to him to his own buyers and I take a percentage of the profit because I handle the sales while he's asleep. I don' tknow where/how/why you get the assumption that I've randomly joined the market out of no where as a huge buyer/seller when I'm legitimately a worker for Moes.

Also - if these wins you have were all from staking, meaning your GP income should have been steady from your own stakes, why did you all of a sudden stop selling Ikov right after that whole ordeal went down?

Also, what are we, 10 year olds? "Can't take it?" Lol what is this some type of dramatic television show? Calm down with trying to make drama on an online website. If you wanted to discuss this all with me, you could have easily messaged me on skype. It's so incredibly obvious you're doing this because you're still upset about what I truly believe is a valid verdict and you're trying to get your point across by playing off a report that you yourself said (by posting this thread) is bogus?

Nevertheless, the report a scammer forum isn't a place for people to argue back and forth with claims about how a decision is right or wrong. If you have an issue with the way I handled that reports 3 months ago, post a dispute and I will happily allow any administrator who has authority over me to review it himself.

 

Actually, after all this bullshit I've seen with this abusewithyou forum, I'm extremely open to another opinion on AmitZ' trade with caution.

Does any other staff member feel he should have the TWC removed?

 

Sent a request to Video and Drento to take a look at the initial report and if they believe you shouldn't have a TWC, we'll remove it.

I'm just going to say that for these types of circumstances, we really shouldn't be issuing twc's or bans without very hard evidence. These situations are very easy to spoof/frame someone. Honestly having picture evidence of staking isn't proof of anything, I could stage some staking pictures if I was being pressured to come up with proof of income. I've looked at the original reports, there's nothing I can see as anywhere near concrete enough evidence for any kind of punishment.

If people start producing hard evidence I'll happily change my stance on this

 

Then I'll remove the TWC, thanks dudes
