Xandrx impostor + Another IP

Skype is live.cilokos which is an impostor, resolves to an ip which I was told matches someone here

Tried resolving the real user's skype to entertain the possibility of self impersonation but it's been loading for like 20 mins so it's safe to say it's probably not going to work, was told it matches someone as well so it's probably not him lol.
