I agree it will need a mod further delve, but its not whimsical at all.

I think this is a case of Josh making that sythe account when he was a kid, 13-14 maybe. 7 years is a long time, personally I think he's an okay guy and not a danger to the community but meh, if this was any other scrub with no PC/donator he'd be banned with that evidence.
