    I was trying to buy some 07 gp off of someone and they got this error...

    I managed to PM you and all your account settings suggest you should be able to receive PM's. If he still can't send it, and your inbox isn't full then maybe he's being dishonest?

    I think he was trying to impersonate another user, because after he was "unable" to PM me, I asked if he could post on my thread and he gave me a bunch of excuses.
