It's windows 2000 and the combat 1 was because in 2001 - 2003 jagex did rollbacks when someone botted and they resetted every skill to 0 xp

There was also a vid on youtube where someone shows his 1 hp in 2010 or 2011 with some old holiday items, I can't find the vid atm

 

I'm not sure but if i am right i used to see this back in RSC also, the name appeared up in lumbridge DD spot the place and exact spot where you used to go when you died.

But yea that's quite odd if that would be a real user :S :S

 

This worked when someone in the period of 2001 botted over and over, and jagex resetted hp whenever you got banned for botting. So what he did was bot over and over and over, and eventually get one hp. I think this was only aloud for like a week or so.

It's legit. It's just a rolled back account that never trained combat again after being reset to level 1.

No 1 hp accounts have ever been sold, but i'm guessing anywhere between $2000-5000 dollars, considering its the only active one in the game.
