Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
The payment was disputed back from PayPal the day I was banned on Sythe. I tried to contact the user, but the MSN messanger I used was compromised many years ago and he is banned on Sythe so I can't contact him, to apologies for the time I had him wasting disputing the money, when he could have used it for other things.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:
1.On the first time I tried to sell the account, we did a 50/50 trade because of vouch issues i'm assuming, was a long time ago. Anyway, he disputed the money back the next day which he got banned for, then I recovered my account. Not sure what I can do in that situation, or if I should have posted to see what I should have done in that situation but I recovered my account because I had no payment for it. This was only the first trade, which I had a vouch for which is on this thread http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=7666425#post7666425

2. On my First appeal attempt, I failed to mention that I ban evaded which let to a decline in my appeal. I am here to mention now that I had 3 other accounts, 2 of which I failed to mention, but the third I asked for it to get banned once I was declined, so I can have a clean 6 month period with no issues.

::I asked 'Drento' on Skype if he could do this, and I made a thread asking for the account to be banned as it was my evasion.

::If you can find my vouches under 'Trusted Trader' account (link to profile is above) you can see I have gathered another +4-5 vouches which was very hard to get people to vouch on a banned account, I have done over 13 trades but many didn't want to vouch because of the ban.


Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I did however take the money for this account via PayPal but it was the original person, Michael Lawson's friend adding me and saying that he is going to buy again. This user already disputed the payment once of me, so I thought I would get my own back and take the £60 for the said account, remove it from my PayPal and spend it before he could dispute it back on PayPal. Either way, my PayPal account was limited and removed, due to his dispute and he got the money back. This was my fault because I should have just declined the trade outright and left it where it was, but I thought I would just get my own back. Karma would have sorted this out I believe, I am honestly ashamed that I would even attempt this.

In Addition:
I have waited another 6 month period without evading, without scamming or causing any issues to Sythe whatsoever, admitting all of my evasions. I am so heavily motivated to start gaining more and more vouches on Sythe as Christmas is closer and hopefully set up a nice business on the new year.

What is the ban reason for the guy you scammed? If he scammed someone you could repay his victim.

 

Apparently he is a scammer but no link to report or anything and I couldn't find anything

I don't really remember how this whole thread worked, but I remember it was apparently some funny ordeal that FireZ used to catch loads of vaders.

 

Honestly, the scamming + constant evasion sketches me out. I would prefer if you stayed completely clean for another 6 months after detailing this all out, and maybe in the future I'll support you.
