Given the normal price of them there's absolutely no way he paid for them, they are obviously SE'd.

Can't see a fair amount of his posts on hackforums and he's rather careful about not saying whether or not most of the things he sells are stolen or not although I suspect quite a few of them to be (one of his threads he has over 75 gamertags for sale). But there's no proof they're stolen so yeah.. This is all I could get but obviously he's very sketchy.

 

Sadly a lot of this is just assumptions and nothing can be done based solely off assumptions.
