Does no one look a RaS section?

Almost every post in there have Zero replies and some are even a week old

 

I am not aware of what "RaS" even means. Kindly enlighten me

 

Report a scammer section

 

Oh my bad. Maybe some of these reports are not in proper format. Also take note that it takes a while for staff to review evidence, they don't just ban because someone posted a thread.

I'd also like to say that the staff members incharge of report a scammer section aren't on sythe 24/7, they have other things to do as well

 

Holy fuck threads like these get made literally every second fucking week



Its obviously because of a combination of things

-lack of evidence
-Moderator timetables (school is on you know)
-more scam reports than usual coming through.

Thanks for your input but for example would it be hard for a mod to post in let's say this thread http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer/1774019-already-over.html and say the exact thing you did "not enough evidence" lmao seems even easier than actually handling the report but instead there is no response at all

They're responded to like 200+ threads made by that guy, and all of the people he's reporting are low-priority. Properly-made and formatted threads get dealt with very, very quickly if there is no back-and-forth required between staff and reporter. If you're waiting on a thread to be dealt with, format it properly and pm a mod if it's urgent; otherwise sit tight.

Just an update would be nice

 

Staff are not just staff, they are actually people too. A lot of them have jobs and significant others and they cannot spend every-waking second checking on RAS.

Scam reports are a pain in the ass and as Superfluous mentioned, if they're properly formatted they will be answered much faster. Looking at a RAS with jumbled up information is just annoying.

They'll get to it when they have time. You can always PM a mod to check it out, will definitely speed up the process.

Erm...what are you complaining about exactly? It's being dealt with. Sometimes these things take time. It's hard to contact Busta because he's been offline since the 21st of November. This time of year is busy.

If Pink Clay wanted him banned as a precaution, we'd do it.

Busta will get it situated eventually.

Why do people create those kinds of threads... We re already lucky to have people being mods and spending THEIR time for US...

I wont write too much because it seems like I answer these threads every months. Just check other threads on this subject if u want more opinions. My opinion hasnt changed..

 

shit man as much as I think the gap between forum user and mod is far too big I can appreciate they have lives like all of us. 200 skem reports a week is a part time job as well when half of them leave out information/aren't formated
