Thanks for everything you do here at Sythe. I really appreciated the help with my ban earlier, it got pushed through so quick. Just keep up the great work man!

 

Dave responded to my reports very quickly. Great guy to have on the sythe board

 

So I decided to see how fast a turtle could cross a football field 3 times compared to Dave archiving one ban report. Sadly to say, the turtle won. When I came home after 93 hours of watching a turtle walk across a field, Dave still had not posted on a new scam report/ban evader report. Kinda absurd.

 

Handled my report and helped unban me when I was wrongly banned.


Nothing negative so far, well done.

I don't see how a twc was justified in this case. I'll try to break this down to the best of my ability.

1. The title in itself is wrong. There is no participation of blackhat activities. There was no evidence of him hacking anything.

2. You're giving him a twc in the off chance that he may use the cracked accounts he might have obtained to sell them here which is circular reasoning, an undisputed fallacy.

3. You said it yourself. There was no evidence of direct involvement, rather interest in checking cracked accounts. His reasoning for checking them was he wanted a free account which is reasonable. Whether he obtained any is still not clear, nor does it add on to or support this case in any way.

4. Lack of evidence, an insufficient investigation, the third option, it's another fallacy.

5. This case is similar to leanbean's in which there wasn't enough evidence to indict him. All accusations are "bogus", and none can be used to appropriately come up with a logical punishment.

6. You should have told the OP of that thread to come back with sufficient evidence.

The twc holds no relevance to the case. I also don't agree with how it's given out so lightly. I have checked for cracked pins of different programs in the past, does that mean I will end up selling them here? I hope you can see how it doesn't make sense to give that person a TWC.

Stop with generic pls feedback posts. You do a lot of spam reports, which is nice, but it's much better to personalize a report or include information relevant to that specific situation.

 

I disagree. I would rather him keep doing what he's doing, because it's great!

All we need to know is that he handled our report. We don't need to know the punishment issued or the actions taken against said user(s).
