[Need another opinion] Chaotiiikid got my account banned

After thinking about this today I feel I am due compensation, so presenting this so I can get a mod opinion on the situation. I had said to chaotiiikid it didn't matter yesterday but upon chatting to slashz (rep) and ryan I thought it was worth putting forward.

Overview: I posted on Chao's free levelling service about him doing some levels for my barrows pure, 64-70 defence were the agreed levels. The accounts standing at the time this order was accepted 70 Attack, 85 strength, 64 defence.



I chose him because the levelling was hand-done unless stated, since I had put a deal of work into this account over the past month when I don't have a lot of free time.

He does not specify he is going to bot instead on skype:

Considering this, I feel RSGP/PP compensation would be the preferred course of action here. I levelled this account and came back to RS because I finally had free time from my degree + work over Christmas, but after this I'm done and will find something else. The plan was to level it/quest it over this month and sell it on.

I paid 11m 07 to Gyzo for 64-85 strength.

Which values it at ATLEAST 11M. A price check on the account would probably deem its worth 11-15m reasonably. It also had 3M worth of items on the account.

I don't think Chaotiiikid will deny any of this, but yeah. At first I wasn't sure if there was a course of action, but given I've lost roughly 15m-20m which was put into this account, that's 40$ or so I can't afford to lose at this time.

EDIT: Spoke to Chaotiiikid in attempt to not make this a further scene and to be frank he's acting like a total ass over this. His options are measly compensation of a: Grinderscape account, or some hand-done skilling. The irony here is if he would just have done it by hand originally this wouldn't have occurred.
