Weird?

Why is my win percentage so low with ahri? I usually win lane and dominate the game i just cant over come extremely poor play from 1-2 other positions on my team. She's almost cursed for me.... Ive had above average bad teams whenever i play her. When i go other lanes my win percentage is much higher then normal... I think its because ahri cant take full control over a game single handily. Ya she is great for picks and clean up but if you get caught 1 time and have a horrid team late game its over. Now im only silver/gold tier but still you'd think the level of players would equal out. Im wondering if ahri is only good when you have full teams who can take advantage of mistakes and end games early.

So far im extremely comfortable with these champs mid.

Ap Nidalee

though all of these champs are good im looking for a straight up snowballer champ for my next project. I prefer range if you havent noticed. Any idea's on who i should go with next

 

Syndra, without a doubt one of the strongest mids currently.

 

Syndra is extremely OP if you can get her mechanics down. She can get caught extremely easy though since she has no escapes.

Akali obviously is a great AP mid. Also, any adc that can be built AP can usually mid. Corki and Ez for example.

 

Coincidentally, just finished a 2 win boost G3>G2, and played Ahri.

I personally think she's great if your team groups/forces fights for objectives. When playing Ahri, vision control is paramount. Encourage your team to buy pinks and roam when you're level 6.

She isn't the best/strongest mid laner, but, anything works in yoloQ.

 

As other mentioned syndra is good, Ahri gets really good when you roam, her ability to gank as a mid laner is great because of her abilities.

 

I never use her but I always seem to be getting ganked via her abilities. Learn those and you'll have a nice ride.

 

No offense but I don't see how your boost is relevant. I would agree with what you said though.

@ OP: It could be possible that you play with a different style on ahri, perhaps you take most of the kills or tend not to roam as much for whatever reason.

 

If you're looking for a new mid pick I'd give Akali a try. She's not the greatest early game but once you hit 6 you're an unstoppable roaming force to be reckoned with

 

something thats a bit out there, you could also try evelynn, you would need to roam alot but its a great pick to help your teammates out

 

Roam hard if you want to carry Ahri.

 

actually i dont roam all that much tbh. I find myself farming up as fast as possible and just trying to win my lane. Its key to roam with her and i will more from now on. Also my teams usually dont group early and take advantages.

 

I know your feeling Hattez, i can play mid well with only assassins (akali,fizz,zed,leb) but for some reason i cant with Ahri, most of the time yes i win lane, i farm good. But my W/L with her is 0/6. Shes cursed for me also

 

riven is stupidly good with a lead, hydra youmuus lw bt and cdr boots = pretty much unkillable unless u spend everything on her and she can 1 bang u as well. That being said not the most optimal for mid lane.

Assassins in general like zed akali fizz are good for snowballing and currying.

Never play Ahri so nothing to add on that point.

 

if she is not banned. Truly op champ just make it to 6 without feeding!
