I still haven't received any of the 1.35b owed by Kingnaruto, and he has made no effort to contact me in almost 4 weeks.

It's been over a month and KingNaruto hasn't even made an attempt to pay, I'll save you and Roary the time and repost it here.

 

I want to reply to his post me resigning , I didnt Resign i had to leave because if i hosted i would have to pay the weekly fee and that would just add up and add up and fk me over in the end cuz that time period i did not have any gp and i didnt want to take a loan from someone either i hate loans i only refer to it when I'm in need of it 100%.
I came back in september couple days before we quit ddyce, asked Ko if i could host again he said ok and gave me the rank but it didnt go well cuz after couple days everyone left.


I have paid people back everyone that i ever took lend from and i make sure i do. I just don't think i should pay u anything not even a penny because your's is not even a loan you paid out people from MY MONEY MY TAB THAT IS STILL OWED TO ME THIS DAY ! you just chose not to pay me because you said your not responsible and i call that Bull Shit.


Some General Information


- Xier0 never told me that day that i would owe him gp,Only things we talked about his --> Me late on Fees that i owe , My Total for what I'm owed, My loan , Him paying the people the loan money back from " What I'm owed". He never said that i would have to pay him back or else i would remember such big amount. That brings to question Why does he need it? Why now? Why not before?

O wait! I remember he said that when i pay him the "1.35b" it will be used to pay the ranks back their money so basically i am paying the ranks back eve though I never took loans it was Ko who did and in the end i never get paid back mine .. Why do i need to suffer ?
- Xier0 if your going to post a report about someone please make sure you have the parts where i paid people back? all you ever say is that i took loans and took loans.. you never said if they got paid back or not.



- yes i did bet with the loan money but if this is being reported as a scam then why not ask the people i took loans from if they got paid back or not?If they got paid back and if you are trying to make sure everything is good and nice then what is your true objective? In the end some got paid back in time and some took a bit longer but they got paid back so whats the big deal?


- 15:23:20 Xiero says that he will not pursue to ban me and yet he's trying even though he was given a warning by a staff member to stop wasting staff's time. So Eric i ask you this if your not pursuing to ban me then wtf is this report for? There are better ways to waste someone's time. If this was legit thing i would pay but i deny in paying this Bull Shit the money. I SHOULD BE THE ONE BEING PAID WHAT IM STILL OWED



- Ko and i did not team up or anything yes i trusted Ko and i did whatever he requested cuz he was the owner and everyone respected him and he had a trustworthy name that backs him up , no one said that he would scam? Im sure admin staff knew that ko had done shady shit in past but didn't bother sharing with the hosts i always asked that to myself.

- All i know is that Ko was told by Xier0 and Jon to not take anymore loans from the hosts because it was getting ridiculous and they won't be able to pay back something like that. Ko asked me ( idk if I'm the only one ) he asked me to take loans from 3 ( Chem,Tin,Knight) people even though i said i can't pay back but i thought ko would since he's trustworthy and maybe changed and is going to pay the ranks back soon anyways .. when i asked him he said he couldn't because he was being watched and i took loans from 3 people it was a total of 400m. In the end Xier0 told me that i owe money so he came up with an idea that since I'm owed money it would just be taken out of that ( i never liked this idea but i did it to stay even).
(Not Legit) Example: I was owed 5b he took 400m out of it Total = 4.6b

* Also the reason Ko asked me to take loans was that he wanted to start a staking Fc which would have Ko , one of the ShiftLeaders, 2 hosts , me ( to start off the fc). When he kept asking for Rsgp i realized that something was up because its been so long and no development on starting the Fc, only thing that was started was a name for the Fc which he shared with me but i never got the full details. The time when it occurred to me something was going on was around End of August or start of September i didnt bother saying anything because i was too busy and didnt even care at that point cuz the clan was going to die it looked like and i was only thinking about me being paid what i was owed.

About the Zgangz stuff that xier0 made about me i just want to clear it up

Yes i did say that to zgangz but it was taken out of context by Xier0 again as you can see he's bending the story kinda to his way.

Why I'm quoting this person? its because Hattez was present with Funbox when zgangz and i were in group chat together with him and hattez proposed that Zgangz should pay me back the money and call it even between us. I don't care what zgangz has done or what hattez and zgangz have between them i just wanted my money back that i lost.He knows that i don't know how sythe runs or anything about sythe i came on here to promote a DJ event it was rule to go on anything related to Runescape and advertise ddyce and i heard about this forums and after the DJ event was done i become inactive on here but i came back to this because i heard you could make money from swapping so i started my swap service.I guess it was thanks to ddyce that i found a place where i could actually become a part of something and I'm being honest when i say that because in ddyce you are only a tool to make money and pay but on sythe you are your own boss.

Why i asked zgangz for gp? I had no gp and after KO's scam i thought i could get some of the gp back by looking into zgangz and my dispute with him.

* i also believe Hattez was told by Xier0 to not help me anymore because he doesn't want me stay active on sythe. Thats a dick move by xier0 though removing my connections from ddyce. If he has any problems with me directly he can come see me if he can afford to.

It was thanks to hattez i had a backbone to go and ask zgangz after he was banned and he had a pardon i checked it out after i requested zgangz to pay me the gp he owes. This was after everyone left ddyce btw

Merged Naruto's response. Spoke with Naruto just now with Roary being busy and unable to make contact.

I trust Eric but there's yet any proof to be presented like unb4nn3d mentioned proving that these debts are still outstanding - Naruto claims they have all been repaid. While the burden of proof isn't on the accused I'm having Naruto get those that he has supposedly repaid that have sythe accounts that he knows of to contact me confirming they've been repaid.

Regardless, KN admitted to collaborating with KO in scamming loans in Sept in his pardon, and his pardon was archived without KN ever getting banned for that.

 

Him owing you money in my understanding is based on the fact that he never repaid some people and you personally had to cover that cost. We're yet to see proof of that in itself. What has been provided is Naruto talking about the agreement of him to repay you 1.35b "to shut him up to stop bothering me", he also said it's been quite stressful and wants to put this all to rest.

In regards to him admitting to collaborating with KO in scamming loans - I don't think this is collaboration of any sort rather than ignorance of what's going on and being caught up in something a lot larger he is.

I have received 2 PM's from people Naruto owed money to confirming that they were repaid by Naruto, who did you have to repay?

 

Is he denying that I never paid his loans? Because he already admitted the loans with Knight (Knight on Sythe), Tin (Xine on Sythe), and Chem (idk if he uses Sythe) were repaid by me already.

 

He knowingly took loans from other people in the business and gave it to KO with the knowledge that KO had been involved in massive loan scamming (he himself was a 1b+ victim of KO's scams himself), and he knew for months that admins were trying to circumvent KO's scamming attempts and undo some of the damage he did. He admitted this in his pardon.

In case you forgot, you SCAMMED PEOPLE, did you really think that you would never have to pay that back?

Obviously the report would not have been opened if you had held up your previous agreement.

 

This is in reference to when KN quit while owing fees & loans, a total amount of 1.6b. 250m of this I am not counting because it is for a fee for an account that is no longer relevant. This leaves 1.35b in business & personal debts that were left to be paid, which KN decided to "resign" instead of paying.

You are owed money by KO, not by me. Just because you were scammed by KO, just like dozens of other people doesn't mean that you can scam others the same way.

You were told of weekly fees and paid them since when you joined the business a year and a half ago, don't play dumb.

How the hell are you suffering by paying your owed fees and owed loans from the business you were fired from for scamming? The people suffering are the ones who were scammed by you.

I don't have to include vouches of your legitimacy on a scam report against you, especially when you are involved in multiple other scams in addition to this. That is lunacy.

You asked for loans, told the people you were loaning from that it was for hosting, then went and gambled the money away. How is that not a scam? Furthermore, think about how many times you did this and were caught scamming and fired.

Ignorance of the rules isn't an excuse for breaking them. Since KN previously agreed to 1.35b as a repayment I'm thinking of just holding him to that to xier0.


Unconfirmed:

- Amount repaid by xier0 to Chem (supposedly between 100-150m EOC)

- Potentially scamming of 50m 07 by account recovery - Farcast's account recovered from the new owner by KN who had no money at the time and 150m taken off the account and used to buy into cc "max mains" - victim was only paid 100m with coercion supposedly

- Scamming services (not completing services as to the terms of agreement and getting the accounts banned)



I'm going to dismiss the extortion attempt since I believe it was just a terrible attempt to counter-scam but is something to note.

Anything else? Trying to compile all the evidence into an easy to follow version.

On the basis of KN simply saying to Farcast that he was not going to pay the money owed (basically scamming) I'm going to ban KN for now, if you have a rebuttal you can submit it and we'll merge it to this thread

 

Amount repaid to Knight was (in his best estimate) 100m, I'm not sure the amount paid to Chem since he hasn't been on, but it was something like 100m-150m

The total EoC/07 balance is what I have account of, which converted at an agreed rate for a total of 1.35b

1. I joined maxed mains with a buddy who was also a ddyce host name is Pilm , we both paid half for the buy in and got in.

2. I was ranked with him , on the 2nd day after joining and hosting the day i was ranked the next day i was D ranked because i was accused of recovering a account which " I was not the creator of or had access to " said more than once. The Buyer knows who the original owner is and jack goff is aware of it also.

3. I was accused of using the money to buy in by Xier0 i believe and jack goff wrote it in his statement.

Yes the account was original was sold to Farcast and I , which was then resold by me in do or die situation when the clan was going through tough times because of the loans Ko was taking that drained me which i had around 3b-4b depending on the rate Half 07/Eoc. I then had to pay fees to keep hosting or i would of not made anything back that i lost to Ko at that point i wasn't aware that others were lending him money till around Xier0 and Jon reveled that Ko is a scammer ( it finally came out after 2 years). Anyways I sold the account to the buyer for 50m and use that $$ to host and unforuinitly i lost it some went to fees some went to Ko some went to dice duel losses splits etc.


Farcast Quit or never came on teamspeak after giving Ko 1b for shift leader and he had urgent matters he needed to handle. I tried reaching out to him over Skype but i never got reply back from him i have sent sythe messages ( Admin or mod can check if they can) while he was on but didnt get reply back not even once. So the only reason i had was to sell. NOTE THIS HAPPENED IN JULY ( After one of the admins had to go in emergency hospital life or death situation ). I don't blame farcast for anything at the moment but i would like to pay him ofc i never said i wouldn't pay? I just couldn't because of the reports atm i couldn't swap etc. Yes he could of contacted me about the account but it never came to my mind that we had an account that we shared its not a scam its just that when ever i think about ddyce my blood boils and i get mad and then stressed over about how much time i wasted there instead i could of used it IRL.

I would like to pay farcast back his 200m Eoc or 07 w/e he agrees on but i would need to swap because thats only way i make $$.

What was the exact amount you borrowed from Tin & Chem?

 

KN is yet to formally respond rather just messaging me a lot of more irrelevant content and some stuff that directly contradicts what he's previously said.

I'm going to give him 48 hrs to come up with one last, substantiated response since this has gone on for far too long. If he can't come up with anything, I'm going to hold him accountable for both the 200m to Farcast and the 1.35b to Xier0 on the basis of him previously agreeing with it and it being established there was at least 200m in loans and an unspecified amount in unpaid hosting fees
