White bump on the tip of my tongue

does anybody have any clue what exactly it could be to let everybody know I am not sure if its a common it feels numb when I eat and it suddenly got bigger after a few days it was smaller since the start. it has been there since Thursday

 

It's a canker sore. They come and go, usually taking a week or two to vanish.

is it something serious that I need treatment to or what?

 

Not at all. If the discomfort gets worse, you can get some over the counter mouth solutions to ease the pain.

 

Happens a lot, drink a lot of water. It should go away quite soon but if it doesn't, I'd visit a doctor to be safe.

 

Canker sore. Drink water, brush your teeth, use mouth wash. If the pain persists, go to a dentist and get some cream for it.

 

Those little cutie oranges will usually make it go away extremely fast when you eat them. Be careful not to aggravate it of bite it. It will get bigger

I generally eat citrus or gargle saltwater if I get them. They're pretty rare right on the tip of the tongue though, that seems painful
