    Sorry forgot about this thread. Ice been doing well. I'll drink a soda at most once a day but I will usually go three or four days between drinking one. I've saved a lot of money and lost a little bit of weight. The caffeine never really bothered me, but I did crave something with a bit more taste so I drank milk some.

    Holy crap haha that is lean dude. Also I drink solely water and tea with no milk or sugar due to my sensitive stomach. (I'm lactose intolerant). If you drink the right amount of water each day you'll need a bathroom close by because you'll pee every hour or so.

    Best is to go with water and if your wanting something a little more tastier you can drink milk or oj instead of pop.


    If you want to treat yourself get some chocolate milk too

    I stopped drinking soda completely. I don't really miss it, water's just refreshing and I've lost lots of body fat in the past 3 months. (i have been dieting and working out as well though, but drinking soda probably would have added many un-needed calories)

    I started off like that. Since I love spicy food, it feels easier to drink water when your mouth is experiencing the spicy taste. Eventually I turned it into a habit by buying a 2 liter bottle which I consume every day.

    Scientists have said that Tea helps you lose weight; not sure if that is entirely true or not.

    Yes tea will help speed up your metabolism and has many antioxidants. Glad to hear you're making progress

    I dropped soda (mostly) a few months back. I drink a lot of beer so I figured id drop soda to compensate lol. I havent noticed many "benefits" although my skin is a little less oily. I dont feel any better per se.

    It is easier on the wallet though and even though im not necessarily feeling the benefits I know they are there. I have soda occasionally when I go out and occasionally as a back for bourbon. I had always heard "you'll feel so much better" ect ect and was pretty dissappointed when I realized that isnt applicable to me.

    On the Contrary, water is the best way to quench your thirsts and it's a helpful way to moderate/control your body weight. Slowly increase your water intake to allow your body to readjust [in the long-term] and don't overdue it!

    Yes sir. And if you usually drink a lot of soda etc you might at first feel restlessness too but i guarantee you that it will go away in a few days and then you feel great and energetic.

    That's great man, overall living a healthier life with positive benefits :) Milk is naturally alright and definitely way better than soft drinks because of all the nutrients it gives to the body

    you will deff lose weight i would recommend going for a run for 20mins like 2-3 times during one week and then increasing from there and also lift weights. water is great and is healthy for you rather than all the sugar in soda. if you can quit soda and tweak your diet and little and then maybe excercise 1-3 days a week in a month you should be able to tell a difference. good luck though bro and happy new year!
