Trip to California

Hey Folks
I'm from Brazil and have only been to the US twices, both Florida.
Now I'm going to Cali with my family and we are trying to make a schedule or a "things to visit" checkpoint.
We'll be visiting Los Angeles, San Francisco,Monterrey, San Diego, Santa Monica and Carmel.
It's gonna be a two week trip so please only highlight things that we should definitely see or visit.

 

Los angeles is ghetto enjoy the gangs. San diego is awesome! the other places are okay. Highly suggest visiting San clemente pier and the beach there. very close to san diego as well.

Cali is pretty sweet you will like it, if your a good looking guy or girl you will like it even more.

 

Really need some insight of people who have been there.

 

Monterrey is beautiful, and the aquarium there is world class. Just walking around SF is really nice. Last time I was in CA, I took a ferry to Angel Island (from SF) and spent a day biking around it, which was awesome. Otherwise I'm not well traveled enough on the west coast to give you more advice. Enjoy the trip (and the weather!)

 

Visit the beaches in San Diego, very beautiful.
