Arcus Gets to scam $3000

Yeah I do believe he is going to pay it back. Why would he scam $3000 when he has profited probably over $100,000 and more on the way? I honestly haven't read any of the dispute so I have no idea whats going on but I will say that paypal is completely retarded and sometimes you have to do seemingly retarded things to protect yourself from fraud. If I weren't 100% positive about something I would hold the money too until it is sorted. Fuck losing 3 grand to someone else's stupidity.

hacker refunded payment arcus sent him $3079, in hopes of arcus sending him the $$ via WU/rsgp
Op recovered paypal back and wants arcus to send him the $3079 back
arcus won't because if he does send him the $$ back, op can call paypal and have the initial $3079 refunded by claiming hacked paypal etc

He could be out an extra $3000, this guy is a newcomer and he could easily cause him to incur that loss just because HIS paypal was compromised. The ruling was fair.
