Skyfire007 Recovering names Rampage

Hey Sythe, here I am again, losing a name, aka more money. I'm posting this with as much proof that I can possibly provide, so please tell me if you need more.

Basically, a month or so ago, I bought the rare Runescape name "60" and just today he sent a ticket to jagex and got the name right back onto the account. He obviously did this a month later to avoid a ban. We did a 50/50 trade and exchanged vouches, and this is just unbelievable what he does to me, this guy was a good friend.

I also sent a ticket in to jagex, because this is just rediculous

Skyfire recovered the name, by saying the account was hacked. here is the biggest proof I have, if this isn't proof enough I don't know what is.

yes cas, i'd definately do this, but Tinypic is the only site I can upload an image on when it comes to a shit computer like windows 2000. Sorry.

 

Meh idk I think it's enough for a ban, Cas you got any ideas?

Edit: Digged up a little bit more. Heres more proof that Skyfire was actually selling the advertised name. Notice how I say that I specifically want to buy the account.
He wanted "300m" then suddenly dropped to 200m one day. I wonder if it was part of his plan..

 

Account recoverys can be very, very hard to prove.
Nevertheless, if skyfire has recovered the account, he's liable and will have to either help you get the account back or give you a refund. (the last one being if there's sufficient proof)
It just strikes me as odd that you wouldn't transfer the name off the probably throwaway the name was sold on, especially now when transferring names is relatively safe.

I did, look at the Email Cas, the Hypervv account is the account I transferred it on, which was a brand new account then got it taken off after he did an ez recovery. JAGEX did not deny the fact that I actually had the name 60. All he had to do was go to the account recovery page and recover his account that had the original IP on it. JAGEX takes sides on whoever had the actual IP that the account begun on.Then he sent an email to jagex saying he got hacked, and then I lost the rare name that was on my account. Then, Jagex gives the name back to the original account that I bought which I can't get in to anymore because the pass is changed (You have to do a pass change once you recover an account). Look at the previous name of Hypervv in the picture I provided, its letters and numbers.

Skyfire said he would "Help" But he still denies the fact that any recovery took place.

Basically, I bought the name on an account, took it off when I felt it was safe and transferred successfully, the pictures you see are what happened one month later, but the actual sale took place 1 month earlier. And above is jagex's denying emails of me trying to get the name back. Jagex even says specifically that I was "Hacking him" To get the name, and the password doesn't work eaither. So obviously, some kind of recovery took place here.

Here skyfire doesn't deny the fact anymore that I don't have the name, but doesn't want to admit that he recovered it.

I don't appreciate his "help" and it sounds super fake because the name is back onto his own account, so I would feel that it would be best to ban him until he decides to get the name back for me. He's probably just stalling at this point.



Edit: Managed to gather 2 pictures, same day in less than 2 hours, he decides to drop the price from 230m to 200m, which is super suspicious. Notice how in one day he goes from 300m, to 200m. I took the 200m deal because I thought this was a legitimate sale..

 

Skyfire says he somehow "Got the account back" Take note that hes had it the whole time. And hes now asking me for money before he gives the account back LOL. 2 bonds + 10m = 24m for the acc back that he can easily just recover again.





Doesn't even make sense that I would give him money first, and then threatens to not give it back. hes just looking for more excuses to get money off me before he gets banned or something.
In order to fully satisfy my refund for my losses, he should 1. Transfer the name onto my account, his bonds. 2. Fuck the "Compensation" Bullshit because I don't owe him anything.


Here's my last piece of evidence, he admits it.


Skyfire is offering the name back, can we wait on this report please?

 

"Skyfire007" Has fully refunded the Runescape name 60. Could you please leave this report up incase he recovers the name again? And if a mod could, add 60 and White sky to an alt or something, you'll know when he recovers if the account is back on white sky.
