Toggle option for participation miniranks

I hate getting them. It stretches out my userbar, and it comes back after manually removing them from view in minirank manager.

Make an option to disable procuring the ranks.

Would be nice to have the participation ranks hidden without having to continually do it manually through the center. If enough people want htem disabled, then I'd definitely say support.

Support, hate having to show that I post in the spam forum just because of my cracker head thread.
