Buying a signature -- SVU

First off, the main, centered text should be "Slash" in caps or not doesn't matter.
with a link to http://www.sythe.org/members/401720-slashz.html

On the sides, or above or below "Slash" ,there should be the following text/images with the corresponding links. These text/images should be relatively small with the main "SLASH" image
