Trade Beast Rs3 Main for Pure or Skiller

Hello. I haven't played Rs3 since the EOC update. and am a avid osrs player.
I am willing to trade this account for one of the following:

Old school 91 runecrafting account

Old school 85 mining account

Old school Range tank, Zerker, or 1 def pure (I'm pretty open minded about the whole pure thing...I never really played one before)

Now as we all know, trading, buying, selling accounts or any of the sort can be sketchy. Accounts are always recoverable, as Sythe as warned us. That being said, I feel the fairest way to make a trade would be to first:

1. Exchange passwords, and assist each other in setting our email onto the new account, then allowing each other to do whatever we want in regards to security questions etc

2. Not exchange all our information we have about the accounts (ex: old recoveries, old passes, etc).

My justification for #2

example:

Billy and John want to trade accounts.
Billy and John exchange passwords.
Billy and John also trade all the information they have ever accumulated for their original account.
Billy gets greedy after a while of playing, and says "I could just have both accounts, as I have all the information for both"
So Billy attempts to do this.
Billy is successful, he recovers his original account and has the account he traded it for.
Now John realizes that Billy took back the account, so now John tries to recover both accounts. (Because Billy gave him all information for his original account, and John has all information for his account)
John is successful, accounts are both locked and essentially both parties lose. The trade went bad and both John and Billy will never be able to play either account, as someone has all of their information and could possibly recover it at any time.
LOSE, LOSE.

My alternative solution:
Billy and John want to trade accounts.
Billy and John exchange passwords and help each other set emails onto their accounts.
Billy and John DO NOT exchange all the info they have for their original account.
Billy and John both, if they wanted to could recover their original account back.
For example: John now decides to recover his old account back..(the one he traded to Billy) (Billy has no information for this account as it is not his original account).
John is successful. (Of course..he has all the information for his original account)
Billy realizes this, and then recovers his original account back.
Back to square 1, Billy has his account and John has his account...neither Billy or John have enough information to recover the account they traded for. Essentially, nobody really loses.

Now in the first case, both parties lose all security for both accounts.
Second case, both parties have much more security if anything went wrong.

I'm not saying that once the accounts are traded that Billy and John aren't allowed to set up JAG or authenticator or w/e...they are. They can set recoveries, everything...but in the end if something ever went wrong they could recover their account back with the assurance that it won't be recovered back.

This is my thought process on this. Hopefully you all don't interpret this like I'm thinking to scam. I'm putting it out there in the safest way to prevent myself from being scammed because I have been a member of Sythe for years now, and I have tried to sell accounts, and majority of users that try to trade or buy or sell accounts are scammers. My vouches are as follows. If you have vouches, I would like to deal with trusted people as myself, but I understand if you're not and am willing to work through it as a team so we can both have a successful deal. Thank you.

Also, by agreeing to trade for this account you must agree that you will not bot, scam, sell, or do anything that could cause the account in becoming banned. If you do any of the sort and I find out it will result in the recovering of the account.

I would like an honest trade, and I would like your guys opinion on this alternative thought process on trading. Looking forward to hear from you all.

Why would it matter if you're no longer the owner? Seems as though you plan to recover it later on down the line.

 

If you haven't caught on yet (which worries me if you haven't) I am playing devil's advocate. Devil's advocate according to dictionary.com is as follows: a person who advocates an opposing or unpopular cause for the sake of argument or to expose it to a thorough examination. Hence, for the sake of argument I played out these situations in which "Billy and John traded". The reason I would rather not trade with someone that isn't going to trash the account is because...well do I really have to? I think I do.

Once again...

Billy and John decide to trade accounts.
Billy and John exchange passwords
Billy and John do not exchange all the past information they have accumulated for the years of the account.
After some time Billy decides "the hell with this account I'm just going to bot on it" and does so...
John's original account that he traded for Billy's original account is now banned due to macroing.
At the same time, Billy recover's his original account (which John has no information for since it was at agreement that they would keep their information just in case anything went bad) <----THIS DOESN'T MEAN THAT SOMETHING IS GOING TO GO BAD. IT IS HYPOTHETICAL AND FOR THE SAKE OF THE ARGUMENT
Billy is successful and has retrieved his original account.
John recovers back his account and finds that it is permanently banned.
John loses at the end of the day due to the fact that Billy decided to Bot on the original account that John traded to him.

Hopefully this has enlightened you to my perspective. Now, I appreciate you're question but I do not appreciate you lowdogging me as a potential scammer and for others to disregard my post. I have never had a bad trade or have been considered or called close to a scammer. Therefore there is no ground for you to do so. Thank you.

when selling or trading accounts ALL information has to be given, once the trade is done it is none of your business what the new owner does with the account. sounds to me like you're planning to recover your account once something goes wrong with the account you receive(if something goes wrong). Either way i would watch out doing this trade and make sure all original info is exchanged for both accounts.i would never do a trade and agree not give all original info,by doing that you're asking to get the account recovered back.just my opinion though.

 

Very well, then I will only be trading with well trusted. It was just a thought, I just have been reading alot through past posts on account trading and am paranoid about being scammed. What. Lold that has to be the most silly thing I have heard what if I put 100 on your account and then you recover it?

 

I feel like that is a question to take into account in any sale or trade between accounts not just specifically to my idea of the trade. But it could go the other way just as easily. I put 100 you recover, doesn't matter it's a trade. I'm just being realistic because I am very familiar with this community, so the scenario I created was an attempt to create a worse case scenario situation where someone tries to scam to ensure safety to both parties because we all know that account trading is sketchy business if not dealing with the right people. Just being honest and upfront and trying to weed out all the bs scams. Regardless the account is still up for trade/ offers, pretty open minded about the trade if you couldn't tell so feel free to shoot a post or message if interested. Thanks
