I'm pretty sure you can buy them, or earn them from doing good deeds and/or giveaways. Also special miniranks that can only be given out from mods from time to time.

There are participation miniranks you get for posting in certain forums 3-5 times. There are other tradable miniranks you can get from events that are sold.

So basically, here's how this works:

Have at least $100 in donor credit;

Make a donation of $50 or more;

You'll be awarded a prizebox MiniRank!

You can then visit the User Center to redeem the prizebox MiniRank for a random prize!

Currently, the only prizes in the prizebox are MiniRanks. We do, however, intend to add additional prizes in the near future.

Sand box is the appropriated forum sub category for it. After you donate 100 dollars , every $50 will grant you a prizebox which will include a minirank.
