Here are the specs I'm looking at currently on CyberPower: Price; £1386

The main purpose of this computer will be to run games like World Of Warcraft, League Of Legends, etc... with absolute perfection. Right now my comp is a £400 piece of garbage from Argos that is years old. I can't even run WoW on 'fair' settings without getting under 20fps.

The hardware isn't bad other than the gpu, which is a bit underpowered and outdated considering the rest of the hardware. Also at that price point, you could build a MUCH better machine yourself. Its not hard, I could easily walk you through it. Consider this option before buying this machine!

I'd happily accept any help, since I am honestly rubbish at this sort of thing.
I've removed some useless stuff and upgraded the GPU to a 970 for around the same price, but if you think I could save money doing it myself, I'll gladly give it a try :)

If you're just looking to max out WOW and LOL a machine like this is way overkill. You could lower your budget a couple hundred and be fine.

I want it to be future proof, I don't want to play a game on steam or try a new MMO like Elder Scrolls Online and my computer I can't handle it.

Future proof doesn't exist on a technology scale. At most it will be a decent machine for 4 - 5 years. After that it would be equivalent to a core 2 quad with 4gb ddr2 and a 5950 gfx card in today's world.

Here's an idea, it's building it (not sure if you're willing to) but it's a very good pc at your budget level. You'd probably have to mess around a small amount to get it to fit better, plus you'll need monitors etc.

Wouldn't call it a grave dig considering it was on the first page of the section.

As for the computer specs, they look pretty solid. The graphics card is pretty sexy with 4gb dedicated. I'm running a Radeon 6870 (3-4 year old computer now) and it runs everything smoothly. I'm a pretty big fan of SSD's if you have some extra cash. I have a 75gb SSD to boot my OS and I love it.

Id reccomend a different card. If you have a bigger budget then get it.

I disagree. Doesn't need to be any stronger for what he wants to use it for.

For that price though? I'd agree if he just wants to play LoL and Wow then no need to get a more powerful card, but if he's spending that much may as well get a better card than that.
