•Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: My brother was originally banned for scamming a ikov account. I made my account separate unknowing of him being banned. When I confronted him because I got banned he said that the guy had returned the money to his paypal account and that he had recovered the account so he didn't believe it was a scam. I then took it upon myself to say in my request for unban that I would personally pay the guy back if I had to. When I tried to get in contact with him via the Skype that was originally used to talk to him, I messaged him multiple times and added him. He in return added me and then deleted me without saying anything to me at all although he has multiple days to be able to answer me and there is proof he has been on due to the fact that he added me then deleted me off Skype.
