[150$Prizes&Miniranks] The Witch Hunt - A Community Development Event

Greetings humans. I need your brains. No, you can keep your fleshy insides; but you'll need some investigation skills.

The problem:

The Wicked Witch has an annual tradition; the Halloween prank. Only this year.. she's taken it one step too far and hidden my beloved, antique scythe. Without it I can't collect the souls of the dead which will cause all kinds of ghostly shenanigans in the human world and I'll be ruined and Halloween wont be the same ever, ever again and it'll all be her fault and.. *SHRIEK* it won't be a good time.

How you can help:

The Wicked Witch has hidden my scythe with a member of the Halloween community. To find out who has it; we have to crack the code by following the trail of clues. Sound easy? Good! Get to it!


Directions:

The clue below (bottom & centre of this post) will lead you to a trail of other clues;

• Go to the place (could be a post, profile, etc) that the clue hints to
• Note down the number you find there
• Beside the number is another clue leading you to the next number
• At the last number you'll find the decrypting code to turn your numbers in to a jumbled word
• Once you have the word unjumbled to form the name of a member of the Halloween community; Private Message it to me, the Grim Reaper, with the title "The Witch Hunt Answer".

All numbers look like this (example image, not an answer):



Rules (Punishable by death, mwaha):

• Do not (even think about) giving answers to someone else. Not even hints. Period. You'll be banned from the event.
• You have one entry - so make it count. Don't submit 'til you're sure you have the correct answer.
• You have until Midnight (GMT) on November 1st to submit your answers. No exceptions.

Reward:

Being pally with the Grim Reaper is a prize in itself, no? No? Sigh, okay then.. Everyone who enters correctly will get 2 Halloween Points.
