Reason:

Trent! is a promoter for RiD (though purportedly unpaid). There's nothing wrong with promotion for a particular program, though some of his methods are questionable, but I think there is a direct conflict of interest when he comes to a blackmarket site to attempt to entrap users trying to sell blackmarket products.

Case in question, trent is attempting to ban this user for selling RiD hours, when trent (very clearly) already has Unlimited Hours and has purchased 1300 credits on top of that (roughly 1300 hours).

This sort of action is not befitting the nature of sythe, and is the same as private server mods using the private server section to expose marketeers.
