As you might guess, I'm getting some football talk active in here!

    Let's start over in Spain!

Ronaldo has started on FIRE. He's already scored 13 goals this season, over half of Madrid's total goals this season but his team sit in 4th behind Barcelona,
Valencia & Sevilla. Barcelona & Valencia are the only two unbeaten teams in the league so far, Neymar has scored 7 & Messi 6, let's spark the good old debate - Who's better: Messi or Ronaldo? Ronny for me.

    Germany!

After 7 games Bayern Munich are 4 points clear. Dortmund have been poor this term so far so I think Bayern are pretty much certs for the league this year. Xabi Alonso has been a fantastic signing and I can't see past them! Dortmund are 13th!!

    Anymore? Feel free to post!

    Real Madrid is the best!

They'll recover and take the league.

I think Ronaldo is better then Messi aswell however Madrid won't win the league, they'll come 2nd I'd say
In German football Munich are obvious winners, however even though Dortmund have had a poor start I'd say they'll finish in the top 4

Mhm. I'm in the Ronaldo camp. I still think Dortmund will finish 2nd, the rest of the league isn't up to Dortmund's standard let alone Bayerns.

This year La Liga i belive will go to Barcelona. I personally whould like the actual champions to keep ther champioship, but... is very hard, next to impossible.
    In Bundesliga... Bayern...
Between Messi and Ronaldo i choose none. I don't like either one. I am a Ronaldo fan, but not this one, the REAL Ronaldo

Internationally in European football, my native team(Ireland) have drawn with world champions Germany.
I think teams always have to hit their peak and from there they crash and burn
Germany although champions have done horribly against Poland and Ireland and they mightn't even make it through the qualifiers

Good El Classico last night. The game could have gone either way, but Real was more fortunate. They deserved the win after all.

RM was on top pretty much all the way. Neymar's goal was kind of a one-off thing, and Messi's miss early on was the last really good chance Barca had.

As for Spanish la liga: Im pretty sure Ronaldo will drive Real Madrid to a league title this season. As you said he started on fire, and I dont see him stopping any soon. Hes adjusting his playstyle because hes not a youngester anymore and playing as a winger is too much for him when hes in his 30's, so hes just playing as a striker most of the times, while going to the wing occasionally.

Bundesligue: Bayern munchen will win, other teams are pretty shit compared to them/dont have 1/100 of their wealth.

Ligue 1 (France): PSG will win, again and again. The only possibility for it to change would be the owner of Monaco injecting more money into the club, but he backed off just the start of this season. Notice how he sold his best players (and profited with them).

A league that is worth watching is Portuguese (Primeira liga): With 3 teams fighting for the first place its probably one of the most competitive leagues (Obviously not that many bright players because of economics even in the country). But you still have 2004 Champions league and 2011 Europa league winners (FC Porto), Two time finalists in the last two Europa leagues ( SL Benfica).

And obviously the best league in the world by far: Barclays Premier league:
You cant get better than that. Look how Southampon is rocking that second place solid. (with +2 points than the billionares Manchester City). and Manchester United is placed 10th.

I usually watch most of the premier league matches because they are just a really good joy.

    /thread.

Premier League matches are pretty shitty for neutrals on the whole really. But the league is good.

Agree with the rest - Bump.

    Grave Digging.

What the fuck if going on with BVB? Headed into the Winter Break in the Relegation zone. Wolfsburg going so well in Germany too.

France - Marseille and Gignac are going well and Lyon are flying with Lacazette. PSG are flopping.

Dutch - PSV are so good this season, but Ajax are still in contention.

I personally think Messi is better than Ronaldo.
And me being a Bayern fan im glad they are destroying the bundes, as to Dortmund seeing that they have really good players i am not sure why they are last, it confuses me
