need a thread layout done by tonight

need it for my referral thread.similar to the content in my original thread layout. Looking for something clean and looks nice. Need a transparent background so i can use it on multiple forums.

Changes:

1. prices, 100 referrals to $19, 150 referrals to $28.5
2. skype is wrong, needs to be changed to "MattReferrals"
3. remove summer sale, and replace with Final Sale, Going out of Business
4. then another sentence stating "All Referrals will be Finished within 3-4 Days of Purchase"
