    Yeah they are about the same in price.
    I used some website to try and see how much it's going to pull from the psu and it said it was going to work with 450

    Ordered it like this, thanks for all the help guys :)

    I would upgrade the psu, atleast 500 watts. Also maybe a small SSD? Other than that it seems solid, the 270x will last for atleast a few years.
