College/University Majors

I'm interested to see what everyone is majoring in at their University/College!

I'm a Business Administration with emphasis on management major with a minor in Health Care management and going down the Pre-Medicine tract

 

Certified in health & safety, first aid and scaffolding as of this week so I guess you could say I'm officially an apprentice electrical engineer now, working on-site for the first time this month.

After this year I start the 4-year apprenticeship programme and hopefully land myself a job as an electrician. One day I hope to be self-employed or go in to property renovation.

 

I'm an undergraduate studying a BE majoring in chemical engineering and a BA with an extended major in Japanese.

As far as the Japanese is concerned it's pretty ridiculous in the sense that because I already spoke Japanese before I enrolled, I was placed in third-year courses from the get go. BAs are only 3 years long.

All in all the dual degree will take 5 years, but if I choose to go for a master's degree in engineering it will take 6 years total.

 

Accounting and Finance

 

Not technically a degree, but it's equivalent to just under a degree. Doing the Level 4.

I might go up to the level 5 if I feel like it, level 5 NVQ in the UK is equivalent to a foundation degree.

 

In my first year of Graphic Design atm

 

Finishing up senior year as a physiology major with a biophysical focus. Heading to med school in the fall

 

Still undecided business, mid-way through my first semester as a sophomore.

Hope to get an MBA in accounting through my Universities 5 year program.

 

I'm third year business (finance) / law double degree.

Computer science. Graduating in December. Already have an amazing job lined up.

 

Heard its really hard finding jobs related to computer science, how much is your job/internship be willing to pay you p/h?

I've heard the exact opposite.

 

Going for Bachelors in Le Nursing, graduating in early 2016 if all goes well. Afterwards going for NP to establish my own practice :laugh:

Doing Law/Arts; in Arts I'm majoring in philosophy, and minoring in psychology.

 

Chem engg brothers! I'd actually be doing similar minors if I wasn't taking a dual degree.
