Elusive is a vader.

I just don't understand this guy. He literally makes a new account right after he's banned and offers the same exact services.

All the same exact guy, selling the same exact stuff, with similar avatars (for all of his accounts he uses neopets avatars which no one else on the neo market does except for him)

Furthermore, come on. His username is "Elusive". Not that Elusive...

I also have him on Skype because he added me to flame me after getting him banned all the previous times so if that helps whatsoever mods hmu.

I personally think that to get him off the market and to stop scamming would be to simply ban the selling of illegal duplicated items.
