Not really. It would mostly affect servers since there needs to be a way to get the code into a bash environment.

 

Just got a new software update from Apple, might be linked to this.

Android(And likely Mac) users for the most part aren't effected by this. If you're a regular android user, the operating system itself will never invoke bash. Why is this posted?

As far as I'm aware downloading and unpacking .apks uses bash

Although I will admit the chances of your andriod device being affected are virtually 0 due to not having anything pf'ed lol
