Do people get banned for buying/selling 7 gp?

I'm looking into buying some gp and I'm curious if they're tracking ip's or accounts of known RWT offenders and banning accounts that associate with them. Anybody know anything about that?

 

Buying gp is normally fine; they tend to go after the sellers. There are preventative measures you can take, and you can find those on any of the threads similar to yours in this section (would regurgitate now but busy irl sorry :/). Good luck!

 

I've been banned 2-3 times for RWT, every time I was the seller and I had ~750m+ on the account. If your buying under 300m I wouldn't worry at all.

 

No worries unless buying massive amounts of gold frequently.

 

They don't ban the buyers.

 

Buyers are relatively safe, it's the big sellers that are on Jagex's shitlist
