N/A. I had asked Elena back in December for her details so that I could arrange payment of the $400 owed. I did not receive a response. I had created a new Skype but unfortunately Elena did not get in contact, nor could I contact her. I note she is now banned.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:

N/A. I was banned for an offence that I did not commit. I had no reason to scam and had no intention to do so. I was a solid Sythe member as far as I am concerned and it would of been pointless for me to do it. I was compromised internally. I believe I actually SRB'd before due to being compromised.

The regret I have is knowing that I was banned and eventually finding the thread that got me banned above. I was focusing on my training contract and was piling a lot of hours into work and nothing into gaming/online activities so regrettably I just left it. This was the wrong thing to do and I am ashamed of my actions. I cannot really explain the reasons behind it, but it was very foolish and selfish.

Elena is now banned and I am not sure how I would go about paying these monies back to a banned member. I am not even sure why she was banned.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Someone unbeknown to me compromised my system (there were some mentions of a database hack but I'm not sure if they are fruitless) and traded $400 for 1B gold via Paypal.

First things first, I have never used the paypal to make that trade. I did not do the trade, was not involved at all, nothing.

Secondly, I have donated $700 to Sythe (I think). Why would I throw that away for $400 of RS Gold? I have a stable income and a decent job and I do not need to do that. It is just entirely disproportionate.

I really do think that I should be able to come back to Sythe. I did some wrongdoings in my handling of the aftermath of the scam and I accept that and apologise sincerely for that, however the scam itself was not committed by myself. I would have made a $300 loss?

I am looking to get back into the community and RS in general now my TC is going well, however I need that chance from you.

If you are on the boundaries of supporting and not supporting, please do say what it will take for you to support. I am happy to repay the money, come back with a TWC, anything of the sorts.
