When I wasn't a CDT member I actually enjoyed reading it, but there seemed to be more sythe relevant sections back then.

I miss the comics a lot =/


I know this is the SF, but if y'all have any feedback on how we can improve or what you aren't liking in regards to SM, please let us know.

Judging by the posts here, I guess the SF really is a circle jerk.

I wouldn't want it any other way. On topic, they seem to be fine but I cannot think of the positives and negatives without looking at them again.

 

Its not funny enough it seems to be more market related and lets face it 90% of sythes actual COMMUNITY is right here in the SF. Yeah theres tons of market fags but they come and go, (most) the actual active posters and long time members could give two shits about that stuff.

Also quit interviewing newfags and inactive people (cough frenzy) she hasnt even logged in in a week and hasnt posted in nearly two fucking months.

 

Do you think it's better to interview staff/ex staff or regular members? @nod

I agree entirely but this forum is still a RS market foremost. Instead of killing off the rs news entirely maybe have more WEIRD news. Leave the depressing shit for CNN, we get enough of that on a daily basis.

@TTB if you look around most people comment on the comics, people like the goofy and funny shit. Leave the serious shit for the news anchors. If you make people laugh and entertain them itll give us incentive to read next months edition and dare I say .. contribute? Also seriously a SF section would be pretty cool, im sure a few of us would atleast check that out to rip on it a bit. As I said earlier SF is the core of this sites community, sythes actions have reflected this as well. He asks US for new minirank ideas and our opinions on new implementations NOT Community General.. that in itself should say a lot.

 

i stopped the comics because i'm not funny and they didn't seem popular i'm only good at the srs side of things

 

Just spitballing here but how about giving SF a topic to make a comic on, letting us submit our ideas and you guys pick one and debut the winner day of the sythe monthly release. Gives us incentive to both contribute and actually view Sythe Monthly.

An additional option that im sort of on the fence about would be occasionally giving out miniranks to those who help, not every time mind you so we arent swamped with try hard minirank whores shitty submissions.

There could also be MLG type videos and other goofy shit added in future additions.
