    need advice on lifting n shit mang. I want to do it but i have no idea how to start? What should i lift and eat(besides pussy).

    What kind of thread is this? You're being serious or not? I can't get what you want. If you in fact want to lift then go to a gym and ask a personal trainer to give you a program for lifting.

    What you should eat is a diet based on proteins, and just go to the gym and ask a personal trainer for exercises ;)

    Probably gonna guess that you're wanting to bulk up. Therefore, just lift hard, focus on compound movements (deadlift, squat, bench, ohp) and worry less about isolation until later. Just eat big to get big bro.
    Find out your maintenance calories and add 500-750+ calories to bulk or vice versa.
    And bro, .83-1gram of protein per lbs is about right. Oh yeah, look up starting strength routine or some full body workouts. I know you're probably gonna feel like doing your own shit, and making your own crap, but trust me, a routine is a routine. The guys that make routine know their shit well. Good luck buddy!

    This. You need fat to maintain testerone levels and carbs to perform daily activities and to workout.
