    Quick question for those who have information -

    Since Alex didn't have too much information regarding the situation, when did banned accounts start being deleted but not archived - deleted in general?

    I don't remember. I take it this is going back more than half a decade. We usually only delete accounts when there is persistent harassment of staff by the banned user. This is a way of stopping the harassment.

    We don't backup accounts we delete. Their records are simply removed from the database. It's not done lightly.

    Since most current staff may not remember Zyper was ex-staff. He demotion reason is listed above. My question is since the account was delete and can't be recovered, is he allowed to make a new account or is it seen as ban envading?
